1. About Worx1 Academy

Worx1 Academy is the online training platform operated by Worx1 HR. Access is granted to individuals enrolled by Worx1 or by an organisation that has purchased training on their behalf.

2. Your account

Your account is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. To allow normal use across your computer and your phone, each account may be signed in on up to two devices at the same time; signing in elsewhere will end the oldest session.

3. Course content

All course material — videos, quizzes, documents, templates and assessments — is the intellectual property of Worx1 HR. You may use it for your own learning. You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, publish or resell it, in whole or in part, without written permission from Worx1 HR.

4. Assessment and certificates

Certificates are issued only when the published completion requirements for a course have been met. Each certificate carries a unique verification code that any third party can validate on this site. Worx1 HR may withdraw a certificate obtained through misrepresentation or dishonest conduct.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, disrupt its operation, or use it to upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material. Accounts may be suspended for breaches of these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Course content may be updated or improved over time. These terms may be revised; where changes are material, you will be asked to review them again on your next sign-in.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Worx1 HR operates this platform and is responsible for the personal data processed here. For any privacy question or request, contact camiladuque@worx1hr.com.

2. What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address, provided by you or by the organisation that enrolled you.
• Learning activity — courses and modules accessed, videos viewed, quiz attempts and scores, assignment submissions, and course completion dates.
• Certificates — the certificates issued to you and their verification codes.
• Technical records — sign-in times and IP addresses, kept for security purposes.

3. Why we process it

To give you access to your courses, to record and assess your progress, to issue and verify certificates, to provide support, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who can see your progress

Your trainer and the Worx1 Academy administrators can see your activity and results. If your employer or another organisation enrolled you, they may receive reports on the progress and completion of their own participants. Other students cannot see your results or your profile.

5. Service providers

We use third parties strictly to operate the service — hosting for the platform and a delivery provider for the emails the platform sends you (such as your welcome message and your certificate). They process this data on our instructions only.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account and learning records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed to evidence the training delivered — including the validity of any certificate issued to you — or as required by an agreement with the organisation that enrolled you.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or a copy of your data in a portable format. Requests can be submitted through the privacy tools in your profile on this site, or by writing to camiladuque@worx1hr.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. Cookies

This platform uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your interface preferences. It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
